2. Download Es file explorer

Now to the main deal...

Launch As file explorer and enable root explorer... (Its there by the side bar)

Now go the the device root folder and locate the DATA folder...

Then locate the LOG_OTHER_FILE folder in DATA

One more step...

In the log other file folder you will find some files in it...delete all the files in it and reboot your device .. See reference below..

After rebooting your device you will see that your internal storage has increased and you are god to go...
